SIGHT3D: terms of use


1. General

SIGHT3D is a project made available by visualtektur. Andrejew & Lachmann GbR, Rheinlanddamm 201, 44139 Dortmund, Germany, and offers various services. Users have no legal claim to the availability of the services in whole or in part. Before using these services, make sure you read these terms of use carefully. By using these services, you signify your agreement with these terms of use. Some of these services are governed by additional terms of use or other rules augmenting or amending these terms of use. SIGHT3D is not obliged to perform free services and reserves the right to cease or amend services at any time. The services of SIGHT3D are constantly developed and may therefore change. Accordingly, SIGHT3D reserves the right to alter, delete or add individual functions, either temporarily or permanently. Should this concern the management of personal content, you will be notified in good time by SIGHT3D. SIGHT3D accepts no liability for the accessibility, storage or provision of personal content. 8. Disclaimer

SIGHT3D assumes no liability for the availability of services, the usability of services for the purposes you have in mind, or the accuracy and completeness of the content display. In particular, SIGHT3D assumes no liability for third-party services and content embedded or linked in the services.


9. Limitation of liability

11. General legal provisions

Should contradictions exist between these terms of use and additional terms of use or other rules applying to certain services offered by SIGHT3D, the additional terms of use or other rules shall take priority. The interpretation and application of these terms of use shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to this agreement to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods If you are a merchant, legal entity or separate property under public law, or you have no fixed residence in the Federal Republic of Germany, the venue of court regarding all disputes arising directly or indirectly from this contractual relationship shall be Dortmund in the Federal Republic of Germany.
