Bremen’s Rathaus (town hall) is one of Europe’s most important Gothic and Weser Renaissance buildings. It is located in the middle of Bremen Old Town on the Marktplatz. Together with the Bremen Roland, the Rathaus has been designated a UNESCO world heritage site. The Bremen Rathaus is the headquarters of the Senate, the Mayor and the Senate President.
